My inspiration for this artwork

As I created the painting I wanted to capture the delicate beauty of the Japanese cherry blossom, which at the same time stands for the beginning of a new season. But also the transience should be expressed in my artwork, because the flowers can be admired only for a short time before they fade again. I was inspired by Japanese culture and its love of nature and wanted to combine these elements in my piece of art. I wanted the bright pastel colors to reflect the delicacy and beauty of the flower, while the contrast between the colors symbolized transience. It was a long and intense process in which I completely relied on my artistic intuition.

For me, the painting is an expression of my love for nature and the beauty that surrounds us. It reminds me that everything is transient and that we should enjoy every moment we have.
