My inspiration for this artwork

I wanted to capture this feeling of freedom and adventure in my painting. The idea was born. In my mind, the beautiful Hawaiian island of Maui was the perfect scene for it. The roaring surf and breathtaking waves inspired me to create this artwork that would express the beauty of nature and the feeling of freedom.

I let my wanderlust guide me and started to bring the rough texture of the island onto the canvas. The green-blue color composition is the basis of this artwork and represents the diverse nature of the island and the ocean that surrounds it. The gold I used reflects the sun and its warmth that delights and energizes us every day. With pink accents I added a touch of lightness to emphasize the feeling of freedom and love of life.
